Account and Order Information

No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. An email address is not required for registration, and this service does not make providing one a condition of account access. The account system processes usernames, password verification data and login credentials for authentication, account access and subscription delivery. Do not submit passwords through support tickets.

Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, transaction status, order identifier and subscription benefits. Data usage and reset status are used for billing and to display remaining benefits, not to reconstruct browsing activity. Descriptions and attachments you choose to include in a support ticket are used only to handle that request. Please avoid including unrelated personal information.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Information

S4VPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, retain browsing content, lists of access destinations or DNS query history, or link accounts to visits to specific websites. Website analytics are separate from browsing records on subscription routes.

Temporary session states needed to maintain a connection are used only while processing that connection and are released when it ends; they are not retained as historical connection logs. Security records needed for account login and payment irregularities are handled separately from route access content. They are used only to protect accounts, troubleshoot issues and review disputes, not to create browsing profiles.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics may process page paths, referral pages, visit times, device and browser types, and interactions such as button clicks. This helps us understand how content is used and troubleshoot page issues. Analytics do not include reading other files on your device. Do not enter passwords, subscription credentials or other secrets in page addresses or feedback.

Cookies and local storage are used for login status, session credentials, language preferences and necessary settings. You can clear this data in your browser; you may then need to log in again or reselect your preferences. Logging out and deleting an account are different actions. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete server-side order records.

Payments and Necessary Data Sharing

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network. S4VPN receives the payment result and transaction identifier needed to verify an order; do not provide payment passwords or wallet private keys in support tickets. Information processed by payment providers and public records on transaction networks are subject to their respective rules.

Data is used only as necessary to provide the service, handle support tickets, verify transactions or meet applicable legal obligations. Service providers handling related processing should receive only the information needed for their work and must not use it for unrelated purposes.

Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and deliver subscriptions. Support ticket and security records are cleared or stripped of identifying information after the issue and any necessary review are complete. Order data is retained as required for transaction verification, dispute handling and applicable law. This policy does not set one fixed retention period for all data or archive temporary connection states long term.

To access, correct or delete account data, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership may need to be verified before processing. Deletion may affect subscription access and future use. Transaction data that must be retained by law will be restricted to that purpose, and related backup data will be cleared as backups are updated.

Policy Updates and Questions

When this policy is updated, the updated month will be shown at the top of the page. If the purposes of processing, data scope or user rights change materially, notice will be provided on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, a page update will not replace that consent. For privacy questions, describe the issue in a user panel support ticket.
