Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; data packages never expire. The two products have different data rules, so don't compare them by price alone.

Monthly plan

For regular cross-border access. Data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades prorate the price difference for the remaining days.

Light use

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

  • 60GB of data
  • Unlimited
  • Resets monthly on the activation date

A good fit for reading international websites, sending and receiving work files, and using text-based AI tools. If you're not sure how much data you need, check your account's usage history before deciding whether to move to a larger allowance. This plan includes a set monthly data allowance, not unlimited data. Video streaming, file syncing and background updates can also use data. When connecting multiple devices, consider their combined usage.

Choose this plan

Everyday use

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18/month

  • 250GB of data
  • Unlimited
  • Resets monthly on the activation date

For everyday use that mixes work, file transfers and streaming. It gives you more data than the light-use plan, but actual usage time depends on what you do—not a set number of viewing hours. Before choosing, check app updates, cloud syncing and video quality settings on your devices. If your usage tends to peak on particular workdays, keep an eye on your remaining data and the reset time shown in your account.

Best value · Lowest price per GB among monthly plans

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28/month

  • 500GB of data
  • Unlimited
  • Resets monthly on the activation date

For frequent use of international routes, large file transfers or multiple devices connected at once. Among the monthly plans listed, this option has the lowest price per GB. It does not guarantee faster speeds or grant additional access to third-party websites. If you only look things up now and then, don't choose a larger allowance based on this label alone. Base your choice on actual usage and check your data consumption regularly.

Choose this plan

Data package · Never expires

Use it when you need it; there's no time-based billing. A good fit if your usage is irregular and you want to keep unused data.

Occasional use

Data package · 300GB

¥158/package

  • 300GB of data
  • Never expires; valid until used
  • Unlimited

For occasional business trips, temporary access to international resources, or long gaps between work projects. Unused data won't expire at the end of a monthly billing cycle, so you can use it when needed. Never expires refers to the validity period; it doesn't mean your data is replenished automatically. Each use draws from your purchased allowance. If your use becomes daily and regular, compare monthly plans with pay-as-you-go packages again.

Choose this plan

Project use

Data package · 1000GB

¥358/package

  • 1000GB of data
  • Never expires; valid until used
  • Unlimited

For usage that varies by project, with periods of concentrated use followed by breaks. Unlike a monthly plan, a pay-as-you-go package lets you keep unused data on hand. Before buying, consider whether file transfers and video will be major sources of consumption, rather than looking only at how often you browse. If you already have another plan, read the order details in the panel instead of assuming new data will be added to your existing plan.

Choose this plan

Larger data reserve

Data package · 3000GB

¥658/package

  • 3000GB of data
  • Never expires; valid until used
  • Unlimited

For users who understand their usage and want a larger pay-as-you-go data allowance. It provides a data reserve for usage that doesn't follow a fixed schedule; it doesn't change the access requirements of individual apps. Before choosing a larger package, make sure your devices can import the subscription and that the available routes meet your needs. Check your account regularly if you use a lot of data. Never expires doesn't mean unlimited use, and background tasks can consume data too.

Included with every plan

Plans differ in data and billing; the connection options are consistent and clearly listed.

Unlimited
Use your work computer and personal devices at the same time; you don't need to choose a different allowance based on device count. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data, so plan your usage around your remaining account balance.
100+ countries / 190+ routes
Choose an international route based on the location of the service you want to access. Coverage gives you route options; it does not guarantee the same experience in every destination. See the server locations page for route types and regions.
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux
Get client apps from the user panel. Sign in to access your subscription; iOS download eligibility is handled through the panel. After switching devices, check that the subscription imported correctly and that the connection is working.
Military-grade encryption
Security protection for your network connection. Keep your account password and subscription link private; don't share them in public screenshots, shared documents or unfamiliar websites. Keep your devices properly maintained, too.
AI and streaming access
International routes can provide network connections for these services. Third-party platforms set their own regional policies, account eligibility, content rights and access rules. Memberships and API usage fees for those platforms are not included.
User panel and support tickets
Check orders, plans and subscription details in the panel. If you have a connection or billing issue, submit a support ticket with the symptoms and relevant order details. No fixed response time is guaranteed. Do not include your account password.

Billing options comparison

For regular use, consider a monthly allowance; for occasional use, consider how much data remains.

Check your data needs before switching

A data allowance can't be directly converted into a set number of workdays, viewing hours or AI prompts. Even the same app can use different amounts of data depending on content, quality, attachment size and background requests. For a more reliable estimate, track changes in your account panel and choose based on your actual usage—not someone else's.

If you already have a plan, check its validity, remaining data and the details of the new order first. Mid-cycle upgrades to monthly plans prorate the price difference for the remaining days; an upgrade does not restart a full monthly cycle. If you're unsure how a data package works with another product, ask through a support ticket before ordering to avoid assumptions about combining allowances.

Orders and payment

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT

Check your plan before paying and your order after payment. Follow the instructions shown at checkout for available payment methods.

Open the plans panel

Review your order

In the user panel, choose a monthly plan or data package and check its name, data allowance, billing method and amount due. Don't pay based only on a screenshot of a page you opened earlier. If you already have an active plan, read the prompts for this order and make sure the updated terms match your expectations before continuing to checkout.

Pay using the checkout instructions

Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT, then follow the steps shown on the current order page. For USDT, carefully verify the network, recipient details and amount shown on the page. Never reuse payment details from an earlier order. If anything goes wrong during payment, keep the order record and avoid paying again until the status has been checked.

Return to the panel to confirm

After payment, return to the order page to check its status, then review your plan and data in the overview. If the payment record and order status don't match, submit a support ticket with the order details and relevant payment record. Once the plan is active, go to the download page to get a client, then follow the quick-start guide to import your subscription, connect and verify your exit IP.

Refunds

7-day money-back guarantee

Read the Terms of Service for full eligibility details.

If a plan doesn't suit your needs, sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket within the refund period. Include the relevant order and your request so it can be reviewed. You don't need to send your password or full subscription link. Check the ticket for replies and add any requested information to the same ticket.

You can describe a connection issue and a refund request separately. If you'd like help troubleshooting first, include your device platform, selected region, error message and the steps that led to the issue. If you want a refund, state that clearly. Track refund progress through your support ticket; this page does not promise a processing time or a payment provider's turnaround.

Billing and refund FAQs

Pricing, devices, payments and data rules.

How much do the plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month includes 250GB; ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packages cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data lasts until used and never expires. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Choose based on whether you need a monthly plan or pay-as-you-go data.

How many devices can I use at once?

Use an unlimited number of devices at the same time. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Device limits and data allowances are separate; with multiple devices, keep an eye on usage and your remaining balance.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

7-day money-back guarantee. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket, including the relevant order and your request. Watch for follow-up replies. See the Terms of Service for full eligibility details. Never send your password or full subscription link in a ticket.

What payment methods are supported?

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel, review your order, then follow the checkout instructions. After payment, check the order status and confirm your plan and data in the overview. If the status has not updated, keep your payment record and contact support through a ticket.

When does monthly plan data reset, and how do upgrades work?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the plan, amount due and validity shown on the order in the user panel; don't estimate the cost as a full month's price difference. Check your account for the data reset time.

Do data packages expire?

Data packages never expire and remain available until used. Usage draws from the data you purchased; the allowance does not renew monthly, making packages suitable for irregular use. If you already have a monthly plan, check the new order details in the panel rather than assuming products can be combined or that data is deducted in a particular order.
