Where should I start if I don’t have an account yet?

No email address is required—just a username and password. Read the Quick Start Guide to learn how accounts, subscriptions, and clients work. You must sign in to submit a ticket.

What should I do if I have trouble installing or importing a client?

Start with the Quick Start Guide. For more detailed instructions, see the User Manual. Find client downloads on the dashboard download page. Sign in to retrieve your subscription; iOS download eligibility is handled through the dashboard.

Do I need to submit another ticket after opening one?

Add screenshots and troubleshooting results to the existing ticket, then return to the ticket page to check for replies. If the situation changes, describe what’s different rather than splitting related details across multiple tickets.

Where can I find plan and route information?

The Plans page lists monthly subscriptions and perpetual data packages that do not expire. The Routes page explains route types and how to choose one. The service covers 100+ countries with 190+ routes, and supports unlimited simultaneous devices.
